Circonstances Aggravantes' 3rd release is a 2-track 10" record by Gen Defekt and Eckig aka the label founder E. Mengozzi who recorded it at the end of 2016 in Frankfurt and Berlin.

-"Nachdruck" tells the story of a distance relationship, with vocals in German coming from original texting, recorded by Lenore.

-"Loin Des Yeux" is an instrumental electro love song containing heavy bassline, crazy arpeggios and 808 beat. Its promo video features dancer Storm.
